Neckpieces
The smaller neckpieces have a singular compartment, playing on the concept of a 3D locket, whereby instead of a photo there is a folded piece of blank parchment, which can be used to write a message.
The bigger, 'Leg' neckpieces have a larger top compartment where the blank parchment sits. The lower 'secret' compartment is hidden in the design, allowing for the concealment of something small.
The Parchment is simply a suggestive motivation for the wearer to personalise and incorporate themselves into the piece. the compartments are to be used in whatever manner the wearer wants, as Hannah aims for her pieces to be 'blank canvases' for the history of ownership to be shown upon.
